  Mississippi allows all consumer sparklers as defined by the DOT. Wedding sparklers are classified as consumer sparklers and are approved by the CPSC. 36 inch and 20 inch sparklers are both allowed in Mississippi. However, the state of Mississippi prohibit cherry bombs, tubular salutes, repeating bombs, aerial bombs, and torpedoes. They only allow a selling period from June 15-July 5 and December 5-January 2, so just on holiday weeks. The age to purchase sparklers is 18 years old.
