New York's sparkler laws are vastly different than many other states. You will have a very difficult time finding sparklers for wedding if you are looking in New York City. However, you will find many types of sparklers in private events throughout Manhattan and New York. If you are looking to purchase wedding sparklers you will most likely need to buy sparklers online.  We want to make sure that if you plan on using wedding sparklers that you speak directly with your venue to find out if they allow a sparkler exit before you purchase. State of New York Sparkler Laws:

  At this time NY does not allow the purchase of consumer sparklers and fireworks. No aerial fireworks are allowed for sale in any part of New York. Make sure to continue to check as New York City does update their sparklers laws on a yearly basis.
