  Washington allows the use and sale of wedding sparklers for all events. Wedding sparklers are becoming one of the hottest wedding exit trends in cities like Seattle, Tacoma and Spokane. Washington has some of the most scenic outdoor wedding venues creating amazing opportunities to use sparklers. You will need to check with your wedding venue to make sure wedding sparklers are allowed. Even though wedding sparklers are legal in Washington, your event venue does have final authority. State of Washington Sparkler Laws:

  The state of Washington allows all consumer fireworks that have passed approval by the CPSC. This includes 36 inch sparklers, 20 inch sparklers, and all cake sparklers. Washington prohibits all aerial fireworks and sky rockets. Typically you can find sparklers during peak holidays such as New Years and 4th of July. You must be 18 years old to purchase sparklers online.
