State of Washington Sparkler Laws:
The state of Washington allows all consumer fireworks that have passed approval by the CPSC. This includes 36 inch sparklers, 20 inch sparklers, and all cake sparklers. Washington prohibits all aerial fireworks and sky rockets. Typically you can find sparklers during peak holidays such as New Years and 4th of July. You must be 18 years old to purchase sparklers online.
